Why does each pattern look different?
Every piece is formed by fluid movement on water. The exact placement of colors and lines cannot be repeated; pieces within the same palette will have their own character.
What is the material?
The Flow collection combines silk with a lacquer-based surface. JeLac works with natural lacquer and mineral-based pigments.
How does the color develop?
Following formation, color develops over 10–15 days through oxidation and natural sunlight, as described in our Process notes.
